i need help with portfoward

The last time I port foward on blockland was about 2 years ago i remember most of the steps but I can't remember how to find my preferred and my Alternate DNS so can anyone help where to find it. My Router is Netopia 3347-02

If you can't find it on your router page stuff or whatever it's called..

type ipconfig/all in your cmd prompt
