What do you mean by Weed is more powerful? Cigarettes are proven to cause cancer, death, overall unhealthy everything, and is extremely addicting regardless of who you are.

Depends on the person, I've heard though that it can focus you. Not in terms of holding a conversation, but with like...doing work. Homework, paperwork, stuff like that.
