What does this mean, and can I fix it? Because it makes it stop downloading.

(app im downloading is IconoClasm)

cydia is not a website. i could download other things but this won't work.

You're downloading it from a website. You know how on Cydia it has the name of the publisher or company that uploaded it? They have a hosted website you're downloading the files from.
