My Blockland Server Uber-Lags

Almost all the time, when I start My Server, and when I spawn, Blockland lags REALLY much.I can't walk normally, cant move my mouse, cant navigate in Escape Menu, and in Main Menu, with these UBER-LAGS!!!How can I fix this?Re-install BL?
