How do you start a clan? I need Advice on what to do and how to control the clan.

I use the handy program "Clan creator X2" it costs money, but you can get the 15 day trial at www.downloads.com although be careful, if you dont check the "Admin acceptance" box anyone can join without your permission

But man, Don't bother starting a clan if you haven't been part of the community for very long. Trust me, we get tons of clans that fail because the leaders aren't well known / respected enough.

Some clans still hold on but are less known, so I guess he could give it a try if he has about 5 people who he knows are willing to join right away. =/

Anyways, It's probably because some well respected people said that the name struck them as interesting. As they got involved and joined, the building quality of USSR became significant. Thus leading to the situation we have today, due to that if anyone sees somebody better than themselves at something they like it will cause idolisation.
