Here, I have a plan.

If you have someone you suspect is the culprit, find their old blockland email and send them an email insulting them.

if you get a response, open the header and see if the IP matches with the IP of the website's host.

This will only work though if the server is hosted in the same place the user lives, or if the culprit hosts off of their own computer not off of a case-server.
