I don't think an iOS 4.3 fully functional tethered jailbreak exists yet, but I have heard that an untethered version is in the works; expect it sometime in the next couple weeks or so. For now, you'd have to downgrade to 4.2.x in order to get a fully functional tethered jailbreak.
