Author Topic: Port Forwarding On A PK5000 Modem Help  (Read 1227 times)

I can't get it to work. Looked everywhere for a solution but nothing helps. I was wondering if anyone here knows how to get port forwarding to work on a PK5000 modem.

I'm trying to get Minecraft to port forward, but nothing works when I try to port forward, so it's not just Minecraft's ports. Modem's firewall is off, and I unblocked Minecraft's ports for my computer's firewall, but it still doesn't work. I am port forwarding port 25565 for TCP and UDP. I tried using a static IP. Nothing is working.

Please help.

Wait, modem or router?

If you are directly connected to a modem then I don't think you need to PF.

Are you using the 192.168.1.# ips?

Like my LAN ip? Or something else?
