The 2600 is actually a 4 core, so OP is probably a typo in one way or another.

Here's mine.

It certainly isn't great, but it was only 450$, it does everyday things fast and it games kinda okay. I need some tips on upgrading this thing so I can step up from "kinda okay", though.

I think I should upgrade my graphics card but I'm not sure what would fit, and if I'd need a better power supply or something. I'd also like to upgrade from a dual to a quad core processor but I'm not even sure if that's possible. Can any computer nuts help me with this?

It's most likely that a graphics card would fit.
there's only a couple base sizes, and it's not very easy to get it wrong, I don't even think they make other sizes anymore. :o
And a quad core would be good, if you have a 350w power supply, you would have to upgrade to at least 500w if you get a new graphics card, but you should see what it recommends.
