Hello there. Well, here's the story.

I had recently joined 'Server -- Knife TDM v2.2' by Pac Man
Someone named ChaosTheory was playing on the server, so when I spawned, we all had a great time until Chaos started to spam the chat. He kept spamming '<HTTP://WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW>

Let me know if this guy has a history of being a git.

His BL_ID is 20771. When he gets kicked badly, he changes name to DreamER24.

It's vote kick, not vote ban.

No, when someone gets votekicked, it literally bans them. I have experienced this before, and I could not join the server again until 2 days after.

If it's called votekick, I'm pretty sure it's not banning people. Otherwise it would be named voteban.

The guy isn't hacking, he's just getting kicked.

I HAVE EXPERIENCED IT MYSELF

Alright, assuming it's ibans mod, it's a temp ban with the length determined by the host's prefs.

If the hosts prefs on the server you went to has the ban length to short, it explains why he could rejoin.

My point is, hacking is out of the question. He didn't hack.

No, he joined, like 1 second after he got kicked.
