This spare goddamn hardrive

Right there, new Volume E:, it was originally empty until I started a system restore but quit a little bit through.



And this is what's inside.

Q1: When I delete this stuff it says it might make other programs not work correctly. If I delete it will my things on my main drive work correctly?

Q2: Can I put my steam folder in E: and then tell steam to get it's games and info from there?

Q2: yes, its pretty easy. its the first result here: clicky (the forums think the actual support page is a referral link so I had to post the google, wtf). the search was for external hdd because that's what i was doing, but its the same process anyways.
