You can do multiple things;
Set your graphics to low
Your Draw Distance low
Configurations
Or for the computer;
Try taking the computer tower, taking the shell off, and dusting the fan, I did that and my games ran smoothly. Taking the dust of the fan lets your computer cool off better, which does better preformance, I know by doing that.
Or you can factory reset your computer, keep the stuff you really want, I've tried that too.
You could clear what you want/Clean your computer.
