Do you happen to consume energy drinks and sodas daily? I heard they cause it. :o

I have insomnia.

It's usually off and on, so I wont be able to sleep one week, but then I'll be fine the next.

Hello all you people with "Insomnia". Think back into the day... when was the last time you had something of high sugar or caffeine? Had a Coke at 3? Probably why you can't sleep. Had a gigantic fudge sunday 10 minutes ago? Just wait for the sugar crash.

Honestly people, drinking caffeinated stuff after 3 makes sleeping hard.

Just soda. But i stopped drinking it 3 days ago. My attempt to stop drinking soda daily almost failed. But i stopped myself. My approved drinks list:
Orange juice
Milk
Chocolate Milk
Water (obviously)
/end (Its a new list. More will be added to my approved drinks list)

Anyways. Drink at least 2-3 sodas every week if you really don't want insomnia.
