Has anyone ever had an issue when they saved their map mission while bricks were around and the bricks then saved into the map mission? They technically don't exist and can't be deleted normally.

So every time you load the map the bricks automatically load with it.

 Interesting.
Haha, thought of them turning into interior objects so you can render map and cast brick shadows.

I haven't, but I figured something like that might happen... I make sure to clear any bricks before saving the mission.

Yes, this always happens to me. Although sometimes the bricks dont load and just stay in the mission file...

Other things that add to your Mission File:
- Events
- IRC (if you respond)
- Join message ("This server is running VCE 7.01" or whatever)

This should be in Mapping Help btw...

No, but I could actually use this.

No you can't because it is not actual, it does not collide.

This never happenes to me.

Nice example of rule 1.

You know, it would be great if badspot allowed us to add pre-spawned bricks in maps instead of having them to be interiors.
It would make mapping interiors easier for most people.

It was possible in v0002.

do events work with it?

It was possible in v0002.

It's still possible now. You just add the save to the map file, and have the mission file execute the save when the host joins the server.

That's not really making a map, though. Plus, you miss out on the shadows for example.

I remember back when GSF was making city maps I was trying to experiment with somehow saving bricks as interiors.
