I went to Kauai this spring break, nice beaches and amazing scenery. It's not very touristy, which is good if you don't like that.

Theres plenty of hot beaches and beatifull scenery, not very built up
Theres a port where you can hire boats to go on a cruise of a bay on, seriously its a great relaxing holiday.
