kill and eat him...

No he was all old and wrinkly from not being slaughtered for food at a young age.  And he had really tan skin from being in the sun.  That sounds alot like my bad thanksgiving dinner all over again.

Maybe it was just a bad turkey?

You bet it was a bad turkey.

I cried so much while watching this :c

oh, i know your problem. the turkey was elderly. elder animals tend to have tougher, dryer meat due to years of work.

pusillanimous individual

I still think I want to go to McDonalds.

Jesus this thread exploded.

My point is still valid.
I see cruelty as torture and then sometimes death. We kill animals in a much more humane way then any other predator, who relies on killing other animals in conventional ways.

I don't have the time to watch it, but doesn't this fall under "gross stuff" (assuming that's a video of animals being beaten to death).

I was thinking the same thing, but not only the OP, but the intro of the video gave plenty of warning.

To break down the food industry

People want fast, cheap food, so the industries give it to them. It sells for more in larger numbers. Yes, animals are sometimes abused in the process, but even being aware of this fact changes nothing in the people, minus a small part of the population that went Vegan. People have always eaten meat as a way of survival, and as an easy source of nutrients we need to survive. People will not stop eating meat, regardless of the quality. Everyone in general should draw the line at allowing animals to gain severe diseases and still be processed into food.

That's what it comes down to. If you're a vegan/vegetarian, fine. The facts are out there, and carnivores are carnivorous because they've seen the facts and have made the distinct choice to continue eating meat. In my opinion, animals raised on open farms and raised naturally produce better food both in quality and taste.

Watched the entire thing, didn't feel anything.
That's about all that needs to be said, food is delicious and I don't care how it gets on my plate as long as it isn't poisonous

The food the animals shown produced was probably poisonous.

Nah, the actual packaging process of the meat has a lot of cleaning stages due to health and safety laws.

As mentioned before, some diseases can get through that processing, and they have before. There have been countless recalls of meat in the past few decades.

Speaking of recalls, there's an awful lot of recalls on vegetables too...our sanitation sucks in general.
