I just come to his Sonic RP to do some things to an enemy there, and he just starts randomly kicking everyone who comes. Including me! I didn't even do anythign wrong and I come back and...

First of all,this is wrong. I agree with you. However,if he felt like clearing out his server in order to build something and keep someone from saving it,this would be invalid.

Two,coming back after he blatantly told you not to,if he is the host,then leave,as I would expect you would be able to predict the outcome.
