I'm starting an exercise routine.
 
Run laps around my block for: 15-30 minutes

do 50 pushups every other day.

Anything I should add/change?

Jump rope. It burns a lot of energy after 100 jumps. Well, for me.

My weight seems too thin so I figure exercise will help me bulk up, instead of eating foods that are 48% fat 48% cancer, and 4% health
