Use LARS texture pack, it's very nice, feels very similar to the original set, and makes mostly changes for the better in aesthetic and practical areas.

The Clean Design Pack retains the spirit of the original textures while having a nice and clean appearance. Plus, the logs and the cobblestone won't look like a damned eyesore.

A new craftbukkit build was released for Minecraft 1.6.6 and has the full support of the Bukkit team. However, my server will remain a normal server because none of the add-ons that I use are up to date with the latest version.

EDIT:
Permissions was up to date for build 818 but I didn't see it.

Still have the rest to go.
