Ping problem

I'm having a terrible problem with my ping. WHen i start servers my friends say that my ping on my server is --- can anyone help? It's really pissing me off and i need to do stuff on BL because i'm making a movie and 2 of my friends have the same stuffy problem. Can anyone help?

Did you not pay attention to the site, I don't think it said anything about buying ports or anything, though, they did make an automatic port forwarder..

Right well it looks to me like they're just telling you about the site and giving you a list of IP thingys.
