Anything, any other class, ANYTHING but spy, unless you're a skilled spy, which you must likely aren't.  ANYTHING even an engineer which plants his sentry at the spawn then dies within twenty seconds, is better then a spy who fails a stab and dies without doing any damage to the enemy team what-so ever.

I blame our loss on the broken(?) forward spawns of Cp_above_v3 as when the third point is captured, the blue spawns don't move back to the forth cp base, but remain by the second, basically making it a sure thing that it'll be capped right after the third, unless you already had someone inside it while the third was captured.
