People have drama'd multiple people for build stealing, people have thrown fits around it, but really, you don't own you build, I don't know if Badspot has his own LLC yet or if hes still using Step One Games, but either way, the builds all belong to the LLC, so please think before you start dramaing people for build stealing, because you can't really steal a build from someone, you can save it and use it and claim it as your own, thats just called being a bitch, now please seperate those two facts for a moment.

2 different things, build stealing is when you put your hand into your monitor and take the bricks out of the game into real life and don't put them back in the game, that is build stealing.
Saving a build, loading it on another server, and saying you made it is called being a bitch.

You're 1/2 valid. By build stealing, people mean saving a individual creation that someone has made, and using it for his/her own purposes without due credit to the original creator.

That is build stealing. "Bitch" is a generic insult used to apply to any situation, often times not even applicable. Like in this situation.

As annoying as build stealing is, you can avoid it in one of two ways.

1. Put your name on the build in multiple places, and hidden, so once the build is proven to be someone else's build the stealer will be flamed to death.

2. Realize build stealing is stupid, because the feature to save bricks from other servers exists in the first place, practically encouraging it. When you build, you don't own your build. Now, the LLC for Blockland doesn't own it either, mainly because it's not something tangible you can copyright as it's within the game. The game itself is obviously copyrightable because it is a marketed product. You aren't marketing your build.

Get your facts straight before you define things for the world.
