Author Topic: The feeling of getting organized  (Read 492 times)

This may seem a little strange to some of you, and it's a little hard to explain, but here goes:

Have you ever reached a point in your lifestyle that you don't really know what's happening, you don't have a plan for something, you feel like you should be doing more, and everything is disorganized? We I slip into that sometimes when I get lazy, but every couple weeks or so I straighten up, clean up my room, get myself better organized, and catch up on things I need to do.

The feeling of just knowing that everything is organized, you know what's going on, is just so satisfying to me. For those of you who manage to stay in this state all the time, props to you. Other than that, do any of you ever feel this/anything similar?

I have this feeling all the time! I love it :D

I need to get back in touch with this feeling.
Problem is some of my things are is such deep stuff I need to replace them.
For one, this computer makes me sad all the time.
Two, my bed is too loving big for my room.
Three, I don't have any bookshelves in my room to story anything, there are unorganized boxes full of stuff in my closet.

I tell my parents the health of my room reflects on my behavior and subconscious aspiration to be organized. They keep giving me broken handy downs.
This computer screen adjuster is broken and I need to use three large student handbooks that I should be reading instead of wasting its ancient purpose on maintaining the screen at eye level.

My shelves are so full of stuff, but I just ignore it to keep me feeling organized.

Lol, sounds like me.

I know what feeling your talking about, its awesome, but I haven't had it in a while.
I must correct this.

I always get that feeling. I don't know why. I do it most of the time when I have a lot to do for my day, not when I have nothing to do. :l

Plus my desk doesn't provide enough writing space.
My computer hogs 80% of the table like it did for the last two and a half years.
My mother just said "we'll buy you another tiny table to put next to the other tiny table.

They don't realize that that would be really bad for my leg space. I can't bear having a metal pillar rubbing against my crotch whenever I need to grab something across the table.
Standing up would require walking around the table too.

I have dreams, and they buy themselves large expensive Macs.

Desk space-
Computer - 90 %
Books - 10%

same. I have about 1 and 1/2 feet of space on each side of my computer, then the entire back part of the desk is covered with speakers, pencil sharpener, box of pencils, lamp, and whatnot.

For Christs sake I own a Power PC based Macintosh.
They reject my complaints and ridicule me. They call them excuses.

 nvm
