Not everyone, but a majority.
I've seen 8 year olds running around swearing in every sentence they say. Middle school children are all trying to be rappers. This 8th grader that lives in my neighborhood was arrested 3 times for drugs and is currently on parole. All of the freshman in my highschool walk around like roostery little douchebags thinking they are tough. Another kid in my neighborhood, 6th grade, is also on drugs. And to top it off kids under 14 are addicted to cigarettes.
When my generation was 10-14, we weren't perfect, but we certainly weren't as forgeted up as this.
