Okay, first off at stocking; forget you in advance. Private homeschooling isn't that expensive and you're a loving idiot.

Ike isn't royalty, his parents can't afford a private teacher like that. He takes online classes and is on the computer all day.

You'd have to be pretty wealthy to afford a private teacher to teach one person all the subjects that are required to graduate.

If I want to play Chess Titans on my laptop, then I will.  And if I am, 100% of the time I have likely earned that right to play games on my laptop or go on Facebook as I please by being ahead in the class.

It's not that bad when it's a logical game, I'm talking about the people who complain because they didn't get to play stupid games on their computer while taking a class.

How about instead of dismissing everything like a stuffwad you at least attempt to give an educated opinion about why the thread is loving stupid.

You mean homeschooling gives socially untrained kids the ability to succeed, if they also had the ability to socialize properly with other humans of their generation.

I'm not saying kids need to do drugs like the bad kids do in school, I'm saying that homeschooling does not provide kids with the same social interactions they get everyday with their friends that they don't get at home.  Sure they may have next door neighbors or whatever, but lets face it, a majority of a child's social life is based on the people they know from school.

Again, just because I'm homeschooled doesn't mean I don't have friends.

there are classes in school that i find this acceptable and only at certain times. you can do it in literature because that stuff is useless, english because that stuff is boring, social studies at times because it can be interesting, science at times because it can be interesting. math is important. at my school i just do it in religion because i honestly don't give a stuff about the tribal stuff my teacher spews at us and i need to distract myself from how my classmates blindly agree. it all relies on circumstance. most of the things we learn in school are either interesting, useful, or redundant.

Every minute you spend praising school and holding it to some sort of standard is an even bigger waste of time.
