Yes. I have had about 2 dreams that I am a lego. I've been on for 4 years constantly, probably about a year of combined playing time. And I don't dream much. But yes, I have.

I will often dream about whatever I was doing right before I fell asleep.  That has been playing blockland quite a few times.  BTW dreaming about infinite mining is somehow more exciting than it sounds.

Maybe once or twice, but just simple references, not me actually playing the game.
