There's a simple solution to it. Well, not a total solution. But it removes most of it.

First, get ad block plus for firefox or whatever.
Now, right click on the victim. Select "Adblock:Block image". A menu pops up.
Pick the bottom option.
refresh the page
Image has been purged.

No longer must you look at cartoon ponies, furries, Or chibi versions of mass effect characters. (twat.)
