"forget you!" is subjunctive as "Damn you!" is understood as "(May god) damn you!" and this is a subjunctive statement expression a wish. So the speaker is literally saying "(May somebody/god/etc.) forget you!", as it can be assumed that the expression is following the same 'template' as the previously mentioned.

"Go forget yourself!" is imperative.

It's improper grammar.
