A 5th grader is the next smartest species on earth.

I'm sure it's dolphins?

Tony just stated the exact tralse

You're the stupid one here.
I can see it now...
Embargo - "You're the stupid one here."

Yo- wait a minute. I see what you did there.

the elephant maybe.

I dont know.

the elephant maybe.

I dont know.

An elephant never forgets but I forget what the elephant remembered.

An elephant never forgets but I forget what the elephant remembered.
I know that, and you know that. But  does the elephant know that?

I know that, and you know that. But  does the elephant know that?

I forgot if it does know that.

It is unknown what are the smartest animals that live on this earth.
Homo sapiens have a highly developed brain and can manipulate objects.
Dolphins and porpoises are able to recognize their own reflections, and can be as smart of a second grader.
A Blue Whale has the largest brain of all other creatures on earth.
Elephants are skillful with their trunks and can even paint with them.

So, this is the scale we know of today

Primates
Whales
Dolphins/Porpoises
Elephants
Cats
Dogs
Some parrot species
Lab Rat

Elms are. Homo sapiens just happen to be about 3% percent smarter. Assuming you morons think you evolved.

Elms may very well be smarter than you if you don't accept scientific facts  :cookieMonster:

If Humans never existed Im pretty sure Neanderthals would still be around so they would most likely be the smartest.
If you mean no human-like organisms, Id go with a Bottlenose Dolphin or African Gray

Humans are only able to use about 18% max of their brain.
Wrong.
False, they can only use about four. You would be levitating things at 18.
And wrong.

Human beings use 100% of their brains. It's how efficiently you use them, not how much of them you use. For more intelligent reading: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/10%25_of_brain_myth

Also Google and done.
