What does the virus do, exactly? Just curious.
There's this crappy default security system/virus scanner on windows, and the virus pretend that it's that and says you have a ton of bad viruses. Whenever you try to open something it says "IT'S DANGEROUS DON'T OPEN IT BRO" but no matter what, you can't open it. It tells you that to delete those fake viruses, you need to pay $60 or something. it's a scam to get your credit card info.

Had the same exact one, Jetlok.

back up important files on a flashdrive and do a full system restore.

Name of the rogue, please? What is the fake antivirus called, in other words.

Your computer is forget,t it will take a wile but it will kill your computer

Gah, why don't you just do what I reccomend? A backup before the virus would work, too.

You aren't making sense. So it's a rogue antivirus, and it runs under the process name "eqi.exe?

yeah.
The process is eqi.exe and when I search for a solution, it's always called Windows Security Center 2011.

Alright, can you end the process, or did the virus disable Task Manager? If it disabled it, try to log in as an Administrator. By default, it has no password, try TM, etc.

Thar are 2 ways to get rid of it that I know of completely reset your computer or get a new one.

Ending the process does nothing. It's only on one of my users, and it's there on safe mode too.
