Choose blender.
It may seem complicated, but after you look up some tutorials and get used to the interface, smooth sailing from there.

Not to mention you can make much more complex models with ease, like sketchup

I prefer scripting.

Anyone can learn to script if they have a sense of logic and insight, modeling requires you be artistic to some extent, though both require dedication.

I can have multiple people working on an add-on right? And let's say I want reloading animations, is that in scripts?

The modelers have to make the animation, but the scripter has to prompt when then animation will run, and what it will do.

It's not even like "can you teach me" you just have to figure it out yourself from constant looking at things and messing around with them.

Yeah, I know, the common problem solver. Trial and error. But it's always good to have SOME guidance!

DUDE, milkshape is twenty times easier.... And how big is the Blockland Hand? On Milkshape?

DUDE, milkshape is twenty times easier....
And infinitely times more expensive.

But, but... WHY!? Damn these corporations....

Blender is easy to use if you have half a brain to just learn the basic keybinds. It's not like you need much to do simplistic modeling for Blockland.

Okay, I guess. It looks so complicated. So many buttons, so little time...

keybinds.
Unless your keyboard frightens you there are no issues to be had.
