i was raised evangelical christian. went through confirmation and did the church thing every sunday.
then when i moved out i stopped doing it. i never prayed, i never read the bible again, i never went to church.

my life didnt get any worse.

then i stopped believing in god all together. as being out of the habbit of being told he exists; it just kind of happened.

then i got very greedy in life. extremely selfish. i decided i would group certain people as "below me"
then began treating those people like stuff.

then i sinned my ass off. i poisoned my body tons, i didnt respect woman, i didnt respect the sanctity of other marriages, i didnt respect other people's personal beliefs or teachings.

i take advantage of people on a daily basis to earn money, and use loopholes that make it legal. i lie on taxes. i watch with a grin on my face as others in my league fail doing what i do while i succeed further.

and i am very happy with how things are going :)
i will never give to charity or help the less fortunate. and life is just fine.

I grew up going to church every sunday. A few years ago me and my family stopped going. I read the bible every few weeks, I prayed little. I still do. But whenever something bad or troubling occurs, I pray. When I pray for that, I somehow get by. I now feel that is an act of god. Bisjac just because you don't believe in god doesn't mean something bad will happen. I feel that believing in god can actually bring good things.

Let's look at Job, he was a wealthy righteous man. Satan said that Job was only faithful because he was rewarded for praising God.

Then God let stuff hit the fan for Job. He was bankrupt, without family, and on the brink of death. Job was being tested, and he was faithful for the entire stuffstorm.

So he was cured of diseases, showered in wealth and was back on top.

Never did I say that I blame all good things on god. I just feel that some of the big problems in life are solved or helped by god.
