I don't believe carbon dating is correct. One person tested it out by sending some scientists their dead poodle's skeleton, and asked them to carbon date it. It came back thousands of years old, and a lion.
I'd like a link to where you saw that, otherwise what you said is a complete fabrication.

Also note that carbon dating doesn't establish the breed of an animal

Why don't we just make an Atheist thread and tell Christians to keep their religion in their thread? So we'll have less religious wars.

Just a thought.

It wouldn't work out.

The entire religion is based on fabrications, do you want him to provide a link for everything he believes in too?

challenge accepted.
If God can create everything, then he can also easily create strands of light already stretched from earth to the stars. Therefore we don't need that much time to see stars

It is commonly believed that when God said for everything to be created it was there in an instant. Meaning the light was already in the vicinity.

lolololo, I don't even know what to say to that

The christians want to convince us because we'll go to hell otherwise, and apparently it's their obligation to convert us

The athiests want to convince the christians because they look like fools.

I couldn't find that one exactly, but I did find yet another example of carbon dating proven wrong.http://members.cox.net/ardipithecus/evol/lies/lie001.html

I also heard that a freshly killed seal was thousands of years old too.

Hey, why don't you guys take a shot at your friendly neighborhood Muslim?  :cookieMonster:

A wizard did it.

It certainly is not my obligation to convert you.
And I'm sure many Christians feel the same way about atheists.

We aren't out to get a jihad declared on us.

That is a link to a private webspace of a cox internet member.

It sources angelfire for forgets sake. That is not valid proof buddy.

Not even to mention this:
"Update: Since I originally wrote this article, the author of “The Problem with Carbon 14 and other dating methods” emailed me and said that he is removing the claim."

I also heard that a freshly killed seal was thousands of years old too.
I hope you know I don't believe anything you've said here. You don't have any proof to back up what you're "citing"

Bombs and a burning hatred for freedom really level the playing field.
