Posting a pic of your desktop with uTorrent on it isn't  bannable offense.  While it is often associated with piracy, him posting a pic of an icon on his desk top does not mean he was talking about piracy..

Also he deleted the text, obviously he didn't mean any harm.  He was not deliberately talking about piracy he was explaining details on this virus.  Give him a break guys.

Before you do, get your reinstall windows disc and erase everything on it.

For real: Reinstall the stuff and piracy can easily give you viruses. This is why i don't do piracy.
