He only skips IDs like 666, 1337, ect. By looking at the ID lookup on RTB there is a lot of missing IDs. Probably because not everyone owns RTB.

Ephi has access to the auth server, so ID's are only added only when that person has Authed using that key.

I was 6183, and then suddenly POIUYT HACK GO.

Now I am 2066. Also, I believe anybody under 15k is veteran. Who the forget thinks now is the time that 5k are not vets?

EDIT: Meh, I know an 11k who happens to be the first iEvent member.
