Server is limited to 10 vehicles

Im pretty sure there is a server option menu or something when you start a server, look in thereand you should be ableto raise it.

Player-Vehicles / Bots: Raise this (Not sure what the max is, keep it kinda low to be safe, but do not ever put it over 999999, or it'll default to 10)
Physics Vehicles: Max of 20

Global Limits:

Player-Vehicles: Raise this

wierd thing is, i put it over 99999999 (specifically 9 about 8 times) and i planted 10 zombie bricks for zapt (they are read as vehicle bricks) spawned the zombies, and i got no message

Added idiot-proofing to quota values. This fixes the issue where if you set the item limit to "999999999999" you can only create 5 items.

It said quota values, probably meaning all of them. Items was probably just an example.
