I think it's a 4x4 brick, but with enlarged textures for a 1x1. Also, we already have octagon bricks.

The octagonal bricks look shrinked, or everything else (1x1 round, slopes, 1x1f) is enlarged.

Aha! I figured it out. All the bricks are normal bricks, the octagon brick is just tiny and the minifig avatars are set to 0.01 0.01 0.01.

Accept how would they get the bricks collision like that? The most efficient way is to just make the bricks huge.

I would assume that the models are less than 1x1f, and are actually repeating.

So, they are each 1x1f in the bricks themselves, but for the individual bricks, there is space left over, and for the house, there are repeating bricks.

That's why it's 4 bricks tall.

I do believe one random brick pack has it :3  Also, if you want to make a different pole, try making the defalt 1X1 round pole brick please.
