Taskbar Issues

So, I've had Windows 7 for about 8 months now, And everything is running great except for the fact that if my computer is left alone by its self for more than 45 minutes, The Taskbar dissapears and leaves nothing but the Start Button. Can't post pictures because it's fine right now, But has anyone else had this? Microsoft.com couldn't be any less helpful (It's Microsoft, Go Figure) and I'm not trusting any Forum claiming to have a Quick Fix download.

Windows 7 Home Premium
Partition W/ Ubuntu
TerraByte Hard Disk (60% Windows, 40% Linux)
4Gb RAM
Intel Core i3 CPU

I was one of the first to find this, it was in their blog. Go figure.

Scan your computer with your antivirus and Malwarebytes.

This sounds a little too much like a virus. If that doesn't work, try not to leave your computer alone for 45 minutes.
