Gray town
So there's a guy... he's very colorful. He's on the road towards a town, looking for a home. Suddenly, the colors start to change. He notices that it is all dull and grey.
Color guy walks into the town, and walks to the end of the street.
As he turns around, (motion blur) he sees tons of gray people crowding behind him.
He then asks why there is no color. They say that an evil guy took it all. color guy battles the bad guy.
