Yes, it is one of the best Zelda's.
You may find sailing boring (though I personally love it), but otherwise it is quite enjoyable. In fact, I've played and beaten it over 16 times.

i'm not too much of a fan of the toon links. i much prefer the classic bit ones. that's where the adventure lies.
