Same model, but this is not my car, mine is darker and has free candy sprayed on the side.

I was gonna call tomorrow to make an appointment anyway, it was due for service on the 19th.

It's gonna cost you an assload to get it fixed, and my dad told me to never take your car to a service-center if you can help it. Odds are you know somebody who's a bit of a gearhead, ask them to take a look at it and see if they can fix it for you.

Damn Thompson that's lovey.

I was gonna bring it up in the morning with my dad since he was asleep when I got home. We have friends like that but I don't want them to feel like they're my personal shop.

Anyway. Ill look into it. What all do they do in service anyway? Just an oil change and check stuff or what?

If it's leaking and making noise it's because you have an oil leak, that's not caused by old oil.

And I don't know, my friend has been servicing and painting my Sunfire for free for like, the last year or so. I'm sure your friends won't mind helping you out if you really need it.

Well duh an oil change wouldn't do anything lol. I might not be car smart but I still have some sense.

Guess we'll see. I thought you had some ghetto Merc?

My dad's gonna get it for my birthday, but only if it doesn't sell before then lol

Ugh, my car just annoys me now. The first sound finally went away but now the front right tire area makes noise but not when idling, it's most noticeable when you accelerate. It sounds like it might have something to do with the tire itself or the serpentine belt, or maybe other people have suggestions?
Squeaking might be from the wheel bearing or a CV joint.

I'm not car smart, but when my car accelerated it made a odd noise like you where describing, I got my dad to break out the tool kit and he tightened the belt and it went away.

Mine's doing sorta the same exact thing right now lol, I've never been concerned about it though.

The belt could break, wearing it like that must hurt it in some way I'm guessing

I just did some research on CV joints, it doesn't sound like the noises are similar to it. Wheel bearings are still a maybe, even found a thread somewhere with the same year and model as mine saying its either a rotor dust cover (or something like that) or the bearing. Could be one of three areas when it comes to the bearing.

:/ It has a back cover.
Also, Ipod quality pics :c

It's a tiny little Nissan, it needs more purple and girly blue fuzzy dice.
We have that same nissan, except blue.

I want a 944 for a project car. There's tons of them that are usually broken.

Wow that is actually a pretty awesome car. Make sure to put something like a 383 Stroker in it, do it justice. :P

Those things usually have mufflers that make it sound like its taking a stuff, get a muffler that MUFFLES the noise.
