When midgets step up I stomp midget asses.

That's not an excuse to come back to the same forums you got banned from twice for saying you're leaving.

So I suspect I can gather 10 or so of my friends and begin dancing in the reflecting pool, correct?
I never said that you could. Not even something similar.
You just used an unbalanced metaphor, and I corrected it.
Who's Vagabond.
Aeris.

That already happened. A few times.

I believe they could remove you from the reflecting pool simply because it's not designed to be stood in, the same as they can remove you from climbing the statue of Lincoln.

I've never been banned for saying I was leaving silly.

Thank you for re-balancing my metaphors.

But once again:
So I suspect I can gather 10 or so of my friends and begin dancing in the reflecting pool, correct?
It's not illegal right?

dont protesting or demonstrating mean you have a message?
these starfishs just seemed like they wanted to draw attention to themselves, awaiting an argument about freedom of expression.
they disregard all laws that define it, and say when and where its ok.

if you have nothing to express and just want the right to loiter and disturb public, then you get your ass removed.

He was just dancing for forget's sake

They were protesting the Judge's decision to outlaw demonstration in the memorial.

If somone of authority asks you to stop doing something, YOU loving STOP DOING IT.

Not if the authority is wrong. Challenge authority when they're wrong, don't just take their stuff when there's no reason to.

For the people saying they probably weren't arrested, when the guy gave the warning at the beginning of the video, he said YOU WILL BE ARRESTED. Since they were being arrested, they should have been read their miranda rights. AND THE OFFICER SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM WHAT LAW THEY WERE BREAKING. He couldn't seem to tell them what they were doing wrong at any point, and the offenders did ask what they were doing wrong. I think that's a big part of this video. If he had said "you're in violation of law blah blah blah" with the specifics, they would have stopped. Since they saw no proof of what they were doing to be illegal, they continued to do it because they had the right to, even if it wasn't the smartest.

So, I can set-up a flash-mod dance part in the Capital visitor's center, right?

I don't think that's the case, but by all means prove me wrong. Dancing isn't demonstrating, but the police officer said they were demonstrating at the beginning of the video. Either he was mistaken, or you're right yuki. At this point I'm willing to believe either, given proof...those cops seemed like asshats that were barely real police officers.
