they milked cars 1 in merch even since BEFORE the movie came out. this was to be expected.

This is true, they really sold the name out for every single toy and item possible.  It's like the Simpson's merchandising, except there's a much smaller fanbase and a much smaller and younger target audience.

However, Cars 1 was a great movie and I enjoyed it.  I'm hoping they won't ruin it with the second.
