Help: How Do I Change My Color Set?

Okay, I'm sorry If I'm being a noob or whatever, but I'm new to the Blockland Forums. Well Anyway, I downloaded some new colorsets from Return to Blockland. I start the game, Go to the add-ons folder & I can't find the freaking colorset! I'm about to pull my hair out so any tips will really help.

When you goto launch a server beside where it says add-ons there should be a color manager button. Click on that, choose your colorset and then load and launch your server
