IRC Trouble

Hiya, i need some Help in IRC.
So i've been Banned from IRC for like 3 Weeks now for my FIRST Warning. I don't know what i did though, it just said i've been Banned Warning ((1/3)). Well, Today i got a Message from LINK, and it said something, I don't know what it said, because i couldn't Access the Message because i am Banned. SO after i got that Message, it said "You have now been Disconnected." I Re-Connected, and it said "You are now Connected to awesomeness.centralchat.net, Located in Paris, France. Server Administrator: Louis.

I tried /join #RTB and it said i was Banned. So uh, Yeah. I Dunno whats wrong.
If you know whats wrong, Please try to Help.

Umm NVM then i Disconnected and Re-connected and I think its Fixed. But i still have one Question: How long is your First Warning (Ban Time).

So i Disconnected and Re-Connected AGAIN. Heres The Results:
