Ah, so that's the one I was thinking of while looking at this.  Demian's was very good as I remember it... probably better than Skill's.
Nevertheless, this is still nice and it's good to see Skill doing something relatively productive (blockland-wise).

I'll most likely be using T+T1 since it doesn't have that handicapped ammo drop stuff. That is, if it's still available for download.

Yeah. You go to RTB prefs and g\change the ammo drops to 0. Just try it at least!

You can turn it off, I've done it before + I've seen other servers that make only certain drops/no drops at all so you're either stupid, blind or didn't look hard enough.
