I don't know about in other states, but in California it allows you to grow. Depending on the county, you can grow different amounts of plants.
no,
you need a different card to do that, you need to be a registerd grower.

You're wrong. In the law, it specifies you may own "six mature or 12 immature plants and 8 ounces of processed marijuana except where local guidelines specify more." It varies, as I said, by county. http://www.canorml.org/medical-marijuana/local-growing-limits-in-California

Quote
WHO MAY CULTIVATE UNDER PROP. 215?
Patients with a physician’s recommendation and their primary caregivers, defined as, “The individual designated by the person exempted under this act who has consistently assumed responsibility for the housing, health, or safety of that person.” According to a state supreme court decision, People v Mentch (2008), caregivers must supply some other service to patients than just providing marijuana.

That's what I thought. But then I read Canadian laws and I got kinda worried.

Usually caregivers have to be a family member or room mate. They have to have "consistently assumed responsibility for the housing, health, or safety of that person." So move in with with someone that has OCD now, that way when they get a medical card in a few years you can say you've been responsible for their housing, health, and safety for the last however many years.

google tells me it's called "PNEUMOTHORAX", caused by smoking

google tells me it's called "PNEUMOTHORAX", caused by smoking
is it rare?

so gentlemen, what are your top 3 strains of weed?

1.  OG Kush
2.  Blue Dream
3.  White Widow

google tells me it's called "PNEUMOTHORAX", caused by smoking
A primary pneumothorax is one that occurs without an apparent cause and in the absence of significant lung disease, while a secondary pneumothorax occurs in the presence of pre-existing lung pathology.

Regardless of the type, a pneumothorax itself is not triggered by smoking

Even by googling Pneumothorax Smoking the results all say something along the lines of "The crucial role of cigarette smoking in the development of pneumothorax is unclear".
