Simple Host Server Co.

My email: kukla.joey@simplehostservers.com

I am Joseph Kukla, the President of Simple Host Server Company. As I was looking to expand I wanted to add more games that we could host for, I thought about Blockland, as I know some people have issues with hosting, after seeing how left out you guys are from having a reliable host, I realized it's my turn to step in.

The release date of our service is still unknown.

Information

-Our servers are in the United States
-We will be charging somewhere between $3.99 /mo to $5.99 /mo (Maybe even cheaper), however it is uncertain, it will be disclosed when we start hosting.
-We do not have quad-core servers, however most our servers have two Intel Xeon processors.
-We own our servers, they are not rented from anywhere
-All of our servers are Dell PowerEdges of various models
-Our servers run Linux.

You cannot possibly expect people to get a server with 256MB of RAM. It is not recommended AT ALL for a server to run on. A quad core or greater is also recommended more than a lesser processor, seeing as if you're going to do "business".

Are you talking about the Minecraft servers, because 256MB of RAM works perfectly for 1-3 players. It's for people who don't need more RAM, they just need a cheap solution.

Dual Xeon processors are excellent, and definitely good enough for Blockland servers.

How about a trial period to determine if we find your servers much more preferable over, say, Kalphiters?

I will offer a test server for all of you to use once we release our services, or maybe a couple days prior.

You got the link to your website wrong.

How much RAM would there be? 512mb can handle about 24 players.

Also, what kind of remote access would be given? Or would you do all mod installation, etc?

512 MB can handle about half a decent build.

You call yourself a company, but you don't appear to be a registered business.

We're not 100% sure, but I know there will be FTP access to your server.

Exactly what I have.

I'll put together a control panel for that, it's not a very difficult thing to do.

1. Residential/Business connection dosen't mean anything, I can get a Residential Connection or Business Connection with the same exact specs.
2. We're relocating soon to a commercial area once more, we had temporarily moved our servers to a residential connection because we're moving, and we want to keep our servers running while we prepare our building.
