1. I realize I am only one person, however, when I say "We" I am talking about what my company is planning, or going to do.
2. Would you please explain to me how I am being a phony?
You give it a title which you cannot give and you classify your business as being composed of multiple people.

And making stuff up

And who stated that the business was composed of only one person?

EDIT: And what exactly am I making up?

It's a one man business, what do you expect?
You're being too demanding.

I'm not being too demanding, I'm asking necessary questions. Trust is a hard thing to come by nowadays, so having information is the second best thing. And my questioning is totally justified. If I'm paying him to do something, I want to make sure it gets done, and if it's not getting done, then I want to know why and when it'll be fixed.

Any legitimate business will usually tell you these details up front.

I said "I am only one person" I never said "My business is composed of only one person".

Why the hell does it take two people to run the damn thing?

It's a business, we're growing and I can't do everything on my own. I have two customer service agents who do most of the customer service however one of them recently got into an accident and broke his arm. So, with that said I've been doing customer service when my other employee cannot, I am also doing tech support, and billing. Any other questions?

He is NOT a legitimate business, even though he claims to be.

My name is Joseph, you can contact me at kukla.joseph@simplehostservers.com - we have no public business phone number.
Did you know that a real business has to be registered? Because you aren't.

In addition, you also need to have an address and phone number I believe.

I'm not claiming to be a registered business, I'm not saying Simple Host Server Co. LLC or Simple Host Server Co. Inc.

I take all business claims and responsibilities on my personal name until I get an LLC.

Co. stands for Company, not LLC or an Incorporated Business.

Just drop the company idea mate. No one gives a stuff honestly, it's Blockland.
Kalphiter is a dipstuff but I'd still rather purchase hosting from him by a mile.

I'm not really going to drop the whole company idea, but sure, I won't host for Blockland, well maybe I will because I have a couple people interested in my Blockland servers. Incase you aren't aware, we are not here to just host for Blockland, we host for other games too.
