I've seen anthropomorphic horses still have hooves and a horse like physique, My Little Pony is anthropomorphic.

Good Lord. Like I already stated, my view of anthropomorphism is different than yours. When I see a horse on four legs, I call it a loving horse. When I see a horse standing in a human-like position (straight up, not rearing), I call it an anthropomorphic character.
